• Third-party credentials: OAuth tokens and API keys you connect for integrations (e.g., Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook). These are encrypted at rest.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, actions taken, and timestamps within the platform.
• Log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs.
• Device information: Device type, screen resolution, and other technical identifiers.
• Cookies and similar technologies: Session cookies for authentication and preference storage. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

Information from third-party integrations

When you connect third-party services (such as Google, Microsoft, Slack, or others), we receive data from those services as authorized by you. This may include calendar events, contacts, emails, and files — used solely to fulfill tasks on your behalf.

Task history and communications may be retained for shorter periods depending on your account settings.
